Changes, incorrect addresses, and delivery issues

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, giftolux.uk is not obliged to resend or refund the order where the error is not its fault.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you claim not to have received it, giftolux.uk may request an investigation with the carrier; however, the store does not accept liability for lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation unless required by applicable law.

Risk and title

Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received and the products have been dispatched.

Risk in the products (including risk of loss or damage) passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address you provided or to a carrier designated by you.
